Client Portal — end-user hub

Client Portal (Support Portal) is a separate web app where you submit support requests, track status, and talk to the team in comments. You see only your tickets — not Operator Line and not Constructor settings.

Your organization provides the portal URL — it is a separate site, not Constructor.
